Thomas Scientific Large Gel Tray Set (12.5 x 12cm)
Multichannel Performance Labnet's ENDURO™ Gel XL includes all components necessary to cast and run horizontal gels: gel trays, combs, casting stand, gel tank and digital power supply. The migration tank, gel trays and multichannel combs are molded for leak-proof performance and a long service life. The direct connection of the power supply into the gel box eliminates the need for power leads. Power - 150v/400ma Control - set voltage, amperage and time Flexibility - runs 6x6cm to 12.5x12cm gels Throughput - up to 112 samples at once Convenience - casting set and combs included Pressing the eject button separates the gel box and power supply. Reconnecting is easy-just press the two pieces together. The power supply can be set to either constant voltage or constant current with automatic crossover between the two parameters. Many fractures in feline and small canine patients are too small for the 2.0mm DCP and the 2.7mm CDP is too large.The difference between these plates is enormous compared to the difference between 2.7 and 3.5 CDPs. The AMI (resistance to bending) of the 2.7 CDP is 20 times stiffer than the 2.0 DCP. The AMI of the 2.4 DCP is 10 times that of the 2.0 DCP.The solution is a 2.4 series of plates and screws. The plates in both size and strength are midway between 2.0 and 2.7 DCPs. The range and specifications are shown below. The standard 1.5mm hex screwdriver (used for 1.5 and 2.0 screws) is required. The pilot drill is 1.8mm and dedicated instrumentation such as load/neutral guides are also available.
